Do I need any prior programming experience?+
None at all. We start from absolute zero. If you can use a smartphone or write a text message, you have everything you need to begin.
What laptop or computer do I need?+
Any Windows, Mac, or Linux machine made in the last eight years. We walk through the entire setup in Week 1, so show up with whatever you have.
Are sessions live or recorded?+
Both. We run two live sessions per week on weekday evenings (Nigerian time). Every session is recorded and stays accessible for 12 months after your cohort ends.
What if I miss a live session?+
Watch the recording at your own pace. Assignments stay open for 72 hours after each session so you can still submit on time.
Will I receive a certificate?+
Yes. A verifiable Oak Forge Academy certificate is emailed to you when you complete all lessons and submit the capstone project.
How does payment work?+
This course is full payment upfront at ₦50,000 via Paystack. Because the course fee is below the school's monthly-plan minimum (₦300,000), installment billing is not available. Your seat is confirmed the moment payment clears.
